Strategic Planning and Governance Review
SIRIUS facilitated a strategic planning process for the College’s Board of Directors; developing its first strategic plan in 2013 and led it refresh in 2015. Concurrently, SIRIUS undertook a governance review, integrating the results into the strategic plan. To support plan implementation, we crafted an approach which focused the board on priorities; identifying resources, timelines and performance measures to help guide actions and achieve goals.
